Yeah, the problem is YouTube comes in as a BB command, and I'm not sure yet if I can modify such things skin-level. When I get to my next chance to work on things I'll see what possible solutions I could maybe come up with.
just add a class to the div that does a 'display:hidden' css attribute on the skin, and maybe after the embed/object tags have a link with some special class that only displays on the iphone skin
yeah, blackberry doesn't like change skins from the pull down menu on the forum pages. Just go into user cp, click edit options, and scroll down til you see the skin menu on that. Switch to desired skin and then click save changes at the bottom of the page.

Two quick fixes: date and timestamp are now on posts, and YouTube videos should no longer break the layout.
Edit: Well, nevermind on that last one, as I also fixed how quoted text/whatever works. To be honest, I think the solution I came up with is kind of nice.
shidoshi: really great work. I've been going through and updating the code on my blog the past few days, so I definitely appreciate all the work & trial/error that comes along with code and CSS, lol.
One small request. Can you add in the "view first unread" button and/or have the threads link to the first unread? Oh and the spoiler tag is really awesome.
Well, see... if there are new posts in a thread, clicking on the thread is supposed to take you to the first unread post. It used to work, and now doesn't, and I'm not sure why. I'm still looking into it.
Some minor updates: Link back to thread list actually proper finally (yea!), thread list now shows reply and view numbers, thread title reworked a bit to allow for bigger text, "The Next Level" logo at the top now links to the homepage properly from forum lists, and I'm now testing the showing of attachments on posts.
Blackberry sucks. Still can't see spoilers and the Prev/Next buttons at the bottom of the pages overlap, so depending on your luck when you click on it you either go back a page or go forward

The mobile skin just stopped working for me as of yesterday. Regular ol' TNL just loads up on my phone (Verizon LG Voyager), even when I choose the mobile skin option. That's how I'm posting right now. What gives?

Shidoshi- Okay, I ditched the Voyager and am now posting from an LG EnV Touch. Pages load fast, I have a Quick Reply box at the bottom of each thread, spoilered text works correctly, and embedded YouTube videos play just fine. Fuck yeah.

Not a bad Idea. Would be quite interesting to see the various opinions our forum members have on games. And im sure a little section in the forum wouldnt be too hard to set up. Only little niggle that I have with it is how many people would actually use it?

The quote button wasn't there because it wasn't working. So, I didn't leave it out so far just because I thought it was useless, but because I had tried to have it and it simply wasn't functioning.
I'm old fashioned. I go into one forum, see what threads that I actually give a shit about have new posts there, and then go out and into the next forum. Rinse and repeat.

Quick update - the New Posts option now works properly. Needs a bit more work design-wise, but otherwise is usable and actually looks the normal forum viewing through the skin.
But will you PLEASE set it so it goes to the last unread post in the thread? I'm growing tired of madly scrolling.
Agreed.
Being able to check PMs would be nice, too, but that's not a big deal.
