Soulcalibur V has been in development for more than a year, with a projected 2012 release date. The action takes place seventeen years after the last installment, so there will be new characters and improvements galore. Of course all the eye-thrilling graphics and fluid 3D movement that the series is famous for will remain at the forefront, but I'm sure there will be a leap forward in more than the story.
