Summer hasn't quite gotten underway yet, and the annual gaming slowdown is still a few weeks off no matter what next week looks like. Last week, however, was a strong one all around. Sharks, strategy, and Steambots kept things fresh, with the PSP carrying a respectable amount of the weight. Any console that puts out Monster Hunter, Field Commander, and Lemmings in the span of three days is doing something right.
Next week, on the other hand, belongs to Agent 47. Hitmans's cool professionalism looks to have scared off everyone but Half Life 2's Gordon Freeman. On the plus side, high odds of it being sunny and warm make the down time bearable.
