Like all the known Japanese games, this one is the same as the American version, except that the box has a Japanese sticker on its side, and it came packaged with a low-budget manual printed in Japanese. The box sticker for Nazo no UFO is a light gray color. It features the game's model number (9430) along with a combination of Japanese and English characters. Translated into English, "Nazo no UFO" means "Mysterious UFO."
