Ah, Sonic The Hedgehog. Not many franchises can claim as many highs and lows. I wish I could be excited for its 20th anniversary next year but if something that was supposed to be for the old fans (Sonic 4) can be completely busted in physics and control, I have to wonder what new lows the Sega-Sammy franchise wrecking machine is striving for. I actually do think next month's Sonic Colors looks quite nice in videos but it's most definitely still guilty until proven innocent.

I love technology. I have since playing with After Dark screen savers on my dad's ancient machine. It was on 3 floppies. Straight terminal input. I watched those flying toasters and I thought "damn, this is nice".

A kitten started hanging around my house about a month ago and I felt bad for it, so I started feeding it. Then one night some friends and I were chilling in the garage, listening to some Tears For Fears records, playing Poker and drinking some High Life, and the kitten wandered in and began playing with the straps on my messenger bag. When my wife and I go to a restaurant and sit down for a meal, we usually sit across from each other in a booth. The booth feels comfortable to me probably mostly because it seems more enclosed than a set of seats situated around a table, and I think I prefer it because it's something which is unique to a dining experience.
