Rain for the majority of the day while I'm not at work is enough to make me happy. As long as tomorrow's weather is not-rain, I'll be even happier. I'm not quite sure if the deterioration was consistent over time, but it came to the point today where I had to throw out the mouse I was using on this machine and go back to the MS optical mouse I used earlier. I switched it with a Logitech X3 whatever-the-hell so that I could use the MS one on another machine, and never switched back because the pointer moved faster with it. The cockatrice is a serious pain. This is mainly because they specialize in petrification-breath. It's pretty easy to tell when they're about to blow because they swell up like the basilisks in Dark Souls. In respect of the retail job, today's theme has been Unrealized Hype. Yesterday was more humid than today, so despite the thermometers indicating otherwise, I didn't feel like it was significantly warmer outside. Typical retail Saturday combined with holiday weekend and decent outdoor heat all adds up to another exhausting day. Nothing new to report from that. Warriors have high power but mostly they're good for incapacitating enemies. Sending this clown into the air makes him good target practice for the archers and mages I'm teamed up with. The heavier attacks that ignore defense are always a plus as well.

One of the two-way radios which I purchased for work use decided to pick up static for the last hour of my work shift today, and I'm not sure how to make it refrain from doing so. With Jennique's vocation being changed to Magick Archer I figured Gradriel was due for some change as well. Sword and board? More like Sword and Bored! Hohoho I'm a comedic genius! Anyway Gradriel is now a warrior and she just hits evil in the face with a very large hammer. Most of her skills now revolve around being able to shrug off damage to deliver mighty blows.
