  1. Fathers Day cards are never accurate

    Have you ev er tried shopping for a Fathers Day card? They all say shit like "when I was little, you were always there for me, and supportive, and I love you so much!". It was pointed out to me today that most people want a card that says something like "Well, thanks for not having me aborted" or "That child support that you sometimes paid my mother was somewhat helpful!" or whatever.   2. Importing (blogs, not games)

    So, it's nice that we have TNL blogs now but I already have Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, etc. I'm not sure what I would write in a TNL blog that wouldn't already go into one of those places. Should I just copy and paste from those other places? Wouldn't that just be redundant?

    And it looks like the internet is trying its damnedest to spiffy up for it. TNL got upgraded, and Joystiq even got a redesign! I remember having to pay for an IGN or gamestop subscription every year around this time back in the day, but thanks to youtube/xbox live/G4TV that's a thing of the past. Even though this years E3 might suck(lol Kinect), I'm still excited. After all, the sucky parts can sometimes be the most memorable (Raffi, Riiidge Racer, that soccer mom snowboarding with Shaun White). ...
