    I've felt it in my thighs at last, as I've gone from stop to stop in the prior week. I was getting flabby. I've never been a picture of health, but if there's been any part of my body that is arguably in shape, it would be my legs. Thanks to the exercise routine which I used to have and the time pushing carts years ago as a work related contrast, my thighs and calves have remained to be pretty solid throughout all this time.
