In case you haven't heard the news, registration for Evolution 2011 World Finals is officially open. The event will take place at the Rio Casino and Resort in the Las Vegas on July 29 - 31. Diehard fans can look forward to several of today's hottest fighting game titles to be featured at EVO.

This year, EVO has also partnered with 8 major tournaments throughout North America and Canada to create an entire seaon of "Evolution-themed" events that ultimately leads to tournament seeding at the EVO World Finals rewarded to players who achieve the highest placement.
