It's worth the money for me at least until the end of Harlock (which i'll start right after GE999!) I wish there was more classic stuff up! I hope someone gets the licensing to more classic stuff too! It looks like GeGeGe no Kitaro and the 80's Captain Harlock series were both up but got taken down at some point.

The original series is on Crunchyroll and i heartily recommend it! It's good! Maetel actually gets in fights and kicks bad guy ass instead of just sitting around and looking pretty!

NO. SAD GALAXY EXPRESS. That one's pretty fantastic and the 1998 movie looked OMG SO AMAZING even if it was a VERY DISAPPOINTGLY INCOMPLETE EXPERIENCE. NO. I WANT TO LIVE IN THE UNIVERSE WHERE IT WAS FOLLOWED BY A NEW GE999 SERIES AND NOT A BUNCH OF CRAPPY FANFICTION STORIES ABOUT MAETEL AND EMERELDAS AND SOME TANGENT SPACE TRAIN STORY.
