It's 950AM and I set the coffee machine up in the breakroom to make a new pot while I walk to the front of the store and see my wife off to lunch. I manage to catch her just before she leaves, then return to the breakroom to have my coffee. When I get back, I hear two women inside complaining about how strong the coffee is, with one concluding in saying that there's just some people out there who like it so strong. I guess I need to tone it down a bit.

In other work news, the hour cuts are coming right on schedule and I volunteered to take an extra day off. Hopefully this will give me some time to get some work done, but considering that I still haven't heard back from the IRS (as disappointing as that is unsurprising), I have little else to do in the meantime.

Songs went rather well today, though they were worse today than yesterday as far as the songs which I did the worst at - opening with a chart like Roots of my Way, which has 1000 notes but is still easy, can be tough to come within the record, and that proved to be the case here. A lot of easy songs came up today, and thankfully I actually obtained a few score increases on some of them rather than have those be the worst plays of the day. God damn you, Scorpion Pink.
