I've already whined about it elsewhere but to recapitulate and expand on it in a different respect - I bought Borderlands 2 GOTY Edition today. I generally strongly dislike playing FPS games, and my first hour with this didn't feel any better than the rest. Regardless of my personal opinion about them and how poorly I play them, the reason that I even bothered to do this is for the sake of having a better time in socializing with friends over a game. The alternative is what I have presented for a few weeks now, and my polite refusal to play a game like this has basically not been recognized. The game is offered, I say no, weeks pass, the game is offered yet again. What are my choices at this point? Remain adamant and thus become anti-social and present myself as trying to be domineering, or succumb as I have done here. I've wasted $40 much more quickly and received much less of value in exchange compared to this game, but given our family's current situation, I still do not particularly feel enthralled that I made the purchase. I hope that I can find something to enjoy in the game eventually.

One piece of good news is that during the lunch break today, I had time enough to drive to a store to make that purchase as well as come home and get a tax Form updated while I let the install and update occur. It was one of the easiest updates I've had to do for this year thus far, but it still needed to be done and now has been done. I can appreciate that.

Songs actually felt pretty good today. The previous time that I played Switch, it had no video and shown me having the initial play as the only play on record. This time Switch came up, it had a video and turned to show me having only one prior play on record. Neither of these plays were manually entered in my text file. I do not fully understand how this has all occurred. Romancecar was the only play that was bad; otherwise, there were several plays that were just off of records, and a few jumps which were actually substantial.
