It's been years of this that I've been trying to do things my way for the furtherance of my career. I explain things to anyone else in general and at worst, a response of little more than a smile and nod is what I get. Not from her, though. No. In one evening she cut me right to the bone and deeper than anyone else has done in years. Years. Where was she so long ago?

In other news, I'm glad I was able to return all of the unused merchandise from yesterday's PC installation without a hitch.

Songs. I put some videos up earlier and that was an ordeal that I'm very much not looking forward to doing ever again. The way I have OBS capture the game portion of the video is by grabbing the desktop view of the streaming PC - guess what happens when a popup about a Java updater comes on in the middle of the screen. That's five recordings wasted. Also, guess what happens if you make some subsequent adjustments and then leave OBS in preview mode, which means nothing records? Another five recordings wasted. Oh well. At least one of the friends has already responded positively so that's good enough. Meanwhile, I'm glad to have finally gotten the clear of Broadbanded, now I just need to play it better. Not all that bad of a night otherwise, though I did have plenty of warmup.
