What's nice is the ability to give a friend a DLC add on disc and have him be able to install and use everything without issue. The disc will get some more use before it's returned to me.

What's not nice is trying to do a job without the tool with which you must use to do everything. After checking that all the cardboard bales were cleared, and that the loose carts were removed from the back area, there's basically nothing I can do in my job without the scanner gun. They're on short supply now, for some reason which I haven't officially heard but is likely due to nothing more than people carelessly leaving or deliberately hiding them in spots rather than properly return them. I was given a Palm PC to use, and after going through a few extra hoops to get to doing my job I came to discover that the device would act like it would read barcodes, complete with the audible beep in response, but no data would be transferred to the program. I don't like feeling useless while at a job and that's the sensation I had to endure for several hours today.

Interview call tomorrow at 1130AM. Conference call on Wednesday. Still have a few tax returns to do, including my own.

Songs were pretty good today. Opening with Wonder Bullfighter was a bit sad, as I had absolutely no gauge kept alive throughout the play. Given the score difference, though, I would have thought the result to be worse. The rest of the day was rather pleasant. The jump for 2 Tribe 4 K was rather surprising, even though I knew I had made a superlative play before seeing the results.
