I stayed twenty minutes late at the retail job today to finish the list of audits to complete. As it was last Sunday, I was the only person there, and unlike last week I had dedicated the majority of the day to simply doing audits in the proper fashion. I left myself forty minutes before the scheduled end of the shift to complete the rest of the audits in another fashion, and almost had them done at the top of the hour. Had I left myself twenty more minutes to do it, I would have been fine. Normally, I would have left the list as it stood at the end of my shift and walked away, but there's two main reasons why I didn't. First, I was told by a coworker (that is, not a manager) that if a day goes where the list of audits isn't properly cleared out, there's a scorecard of some kind which is considered failed for an entire week if a day is missed. Nobody spoke to me about it otherwise so it's not as if there's some kind of disciplinary action awaiting me if I had left the list unfinished yet again. However, and to the second point, I wanted to see how long it would take so that I know how much time I would need to allot myself in the future if I have to do that kind of task in that specific manner ever again.

Songs. I have the rest of the new batch finished out. Tthe songs with the Japanese characters in titles tended to be the strangest of the group this time as it has been in the past. I found it a bit humorous to see that I already had two songs of the new batch show up afterward in the resumption of normal play and that I had set a new record with one of them.
