This has been a full day.

Still out an hour late, but only end up a half hour behind intended schedule at the end of the route. I was able to reach all the important stops in a timely manner. At the start of the day, the night dispatcher asked if I wanted to do any extra work. To my recollection, I did not completely affirm in the positive and said that I would make a determination at the end of the day on the basis of how the day goes. Just as I'm about to leave the dispatch office at the end of the day, I come to find out that they understood that I was definitely going to take on that extra work. Well, gee, OK.

I come home after a road construction detour to see about playing some D3 with my wife for a bit, and we're not 10 minutes into it before someone sends me an invite. Someone who I never played with yet, and already is at Paragon 400 and I saw regularly playing solo in T6. I felt compelled to join in and I'm certainly glad that I did overall, not the least reason for which is the gifts he bestowed upon me at the end.

This leaves little time for songs and I apparently wasn't feeling it at all today. So much for that.

T minus 5 hours to wake up for the next day.
