I did something this weekend which I haven't in a month - sleep in my original actual bed. It seems to have made all the difference. The amount of returns I encountered today was almost as high as I had on Saturday, and I still didn't make it home until just before noon, but I wasn't nearly as exhausted by the run. Later conversation with the boss informed me that all the drivers are facing heavy returns lately, so it's reassuring to know that they can observe that much.

On the way to the last stop, I noticed a very unusual jam going to the west from the onramp compared to normal, and a quick look ahead revealed the reason. A dump truck full of dirt managed to topple over and was laying on its side with the belly exposed to us on the ramp. The Fire Department had yet to arrive to the scene when I came across it. Seeing things like that does take on a different feeling when you're behind the wheel of something more similar in size.

Back to songs. I need to find a way to resume playing this daily. It still just feels so nice to do, but apparently I had no Synergy for Angels today. Whatever that means.
