Hooray for cooperative weather, as that has certainly played a role in this week of work transpiring without any major incident. The dealerships are definitely doing their part to ensure that they have ample stock on hand for the heart of the season regardless. I suppose the additional sleep and non-work time remains to be the other major contributing factor to an entire week without incident. One down, a lifetime to go.

Some days, my progress with Japanese learning feels like it is making some real headway. I need to have those days become every day rather than being randomly dispersed through the week. I have this same kind of sentiment in having finished よるのないくに this weekend (to be called Nights of Azure when released domestically); with some lines and passages I feel that I have a full comprehension, and one button press later I seemingly can't make any sense of anything beyond basic particles. It's maddening.

Song sessions were basically very good this week. I was able to pass 9 Dan on Copula, and the visit that time felt good overall too. I believe I'll continue working on progress there through Step Up until I have nothing else to do, as it appears that there will be a ceiling to eventually hit with little choice in how progress is made other than by playing songs. Many plays remain sloppy here, but there's at least one new clear in the set (today with 2hot2eat), so that's a highlight by itself. Otherwise, I think the higher miss counts indicate that I'm trying to reach for hitting more notes, as I certainly don't think I'm having misfire issues.
