I had a friend come with me to the arcade last Sunday. It was nice to have someone to talk with on the ride. I haven't had that privilege in some time.

My wife drew this ( https://twitter.com/Ammosart/status/687365297909575681 ) for my birthday and had it printed on a metallic sheet. It looks nice, and I'm glad to see she's continued the long standing tradition of making a new work to commemorate a game being recently played or beaten. I was hoping she would do something for this game, on the basis of it at least having a strong art style, but the surprise was for it to come now. I'm glad to see it turn out well.

This is a new D3 patch weekend. Time for me to go screw around with it and see what adjustments I have to make. Can't you tell how excited I am?

Home sessions were very strong yesterday and today. There were some bad plays here and there but I didn't let it bother me too much and managed to essentially rebound soon afterwards. Y31 has a breakpoint in the middle of the chart, and on the first play I noticed that I was at 49% EX rate when I had made the recorded play. After the session was done I retried playing it to that point just to see if it would improve, and it did indeed rise to 71% on that second attempt. That was pretty reassuring to see and all I needed to know.
