The story is that there has been a few retirements at the GM PDC, and that their replacements are in the middle of training right now and won't be fully working until the end of the month. This means that I get my freight later every day. This means everyone gets their freight later every day. My intended dispatch is 2330, and on a late day I'd roll out at 0030 or so at worst. There's been two days this week where I didn't leave the hub until 0120.

I also had a breakdown yesterday. I was stuck at stop 6145 from 0645 until roughly 0900. What's amusing, such as amusement can be derived from this, is that the situation and resolution were almost totally identical to what had happened to me months before. Same tractor, same breakdown location, same person to arrive to fix, same fix applied, same result afterward. Despite the engine error codes going away after the ordeal yesterday, the two main issues returned today, so I ran my entire route today without turning the machine off. I really had no other choice unless I wanted to be stuck again.

Sometime in the course of returning home yesterday after the breakdown, I had some kind of sensation of turning fully indifferent to everything else around me. I don't know how to better explain it other than to say that I felt like I stopped caring about most everything at that point. It was some kind of disconnect. After I submit this post I have the chance to finally start playing The Division, and I simultaneously have the feeling that I shouldn't even bother getting started with it and just let it pass.

Song session wasn't too great today, but other days were better. Upon doing differential analysis, it looks like my miss counts were quite improved over previous records. Sometimes I get hot on new scores, other times I get hot on accuracy; having both is a rarity.

Anyway. I think I'm tired. I think I'm really tired.
