All songs are Double play charts, using Random key modifier, and have a rating of at least 12. Songs in the courses are selected at random. For most songs which have multiple 12 ratings, I modify it so that the highest type of chart (Black or Another) is the only 12; that way I play the hardest version of the song and ensure I don't play it twice in the same course.

Courses are played with the 100% Gauge. Yes, this is glorified practice.

Scores are given as: EX; J Great, Great, Good, Bad, Poor, Max Combo, Letter Rating
Late start.

dr. genesis, anisakis B14, quasar, icarus, sunny shiny ring

Jesus. Didn't get to a C until Icarus. Dr. Genesis doesn't sound like it's at 240 BPM, but it is, and the song is constant chords on both hands. No good random will come out of that. Nothing special about the anisakis play, but it did transition to quasar very nicely. Icarus was a welcome reprieve. Sunny Shiny Ring is marked as a 13* and is one of the initially most difficult fan charts I've played, but since then I downranked it to 12 just because it isn't that much more abnormally difficult from real 12s and newer fan songs which are marked as 12. It's got a lot of single handed scale running with percussion on the other side and is at a rapid 190 (I think), which isn't easy but nothing extraordinary. Nightmare of an opening.

arabian rave night, exusia, beginning of life (ground pulse mix), shining on, B.L.S.M.C.S. - T4D

Good roll on arabian, played it pretty cleanly. Still not a huge issue with exusia that makes me hate the chart. Played beginning of life better before but did ok enough. Shining On plays like One More Lovely towards the second half with a lot of alternating runs between the hands - and that middle seems so amateurish. Pure silence except for some Casio keysound crap. The last song is rife with hold notes but I seemed to handle it better than I anticipated.

Arms are glistening and beaded.

smile, 月童 - Awaking!!神奈, exusia, unicorn tail, cross the mind

First of all, if exusia comes up again today I'm quitting the course even if it's the fifth song. Second - fuck yeah! Look at that nice spread. I think I hit AA range during smile, and I swear that it was hardly randomized except for maybe 14, because besides some S8 nastiness the chart felt hardly dissimilar from what it normally is, and I came out of it at 75% regardless. That pumped me up for the rest of this. Awaking went fine, exusia had a much nicer roll than last time, unicorn tail came out good (for a yoshitaka song it's pretty chord free, which means that most rolls are ok), and cross the mind is the softest chart in this set.

Fukken saved (I save all the courses I ace. This is #5). Next.

majesty, solid state squad, nanodelic, canon (blazing summer mix), gravitronic

Had an A until the final song. Gravitronic has some rolls towards the end that get pretty dicey and I couldn't hold it. Majesty is pretty easy but there are some scale & percussion parts which give it some beef, and I like it enough so I'll play it. Very happy to come out of SSS with an A intact. Nanodelic usually takes me down a peg but I survived. Song is A-typical edo-Japanese sounding crap with the taiko drums and yowling bullshit. Dumb song. Canon is a remix of the Pachelbel song (played at weddings all the time, you know it when you hear it) and is always a welcome play - it isn't a total creampuff but it's relatively pretty easy.

So is that 5? 6? Oh shit it's 4. I wanted 6 tonight, especially at this rate.

Well, first comes 5.

jumbo, 子供の落書き帳, sakura storm, tokyo banging, the least 100 sec.

Back to earth. I want to like Jumbo more but random just kills with the holds they want you to do with the percussion on the other hand. Never an answer for that. Still not happy with Babbybook - I know I did better with it recently. Sakura Storm followed by tokyo banging almost got me to a C, but least 100 sec. brought it back up. Not a bad play with least 100. Tokyo Banging got really bad at the end. Felt like I was just flailing.

Ok well if I'm running out of gas I better hurry up and finish. Last call.

240 BPM. Dr. Genesis again? ..... yeah. Nope.

Let's try this again.

quantum teleportation, bad maniacs, ganymede, heaven's gate, スプラッシュコード-06

Well, right off the bat I'm knowing I won't get an A. Now, most LED charts are very pattern driven and on-beat, meaning there's not a lot of pick-up or off-tempo notes. Through most of the song I can tell if I'm on the right track if it feels like my hands are moving in a repeated pattern. That ending is for the birds, though. I mean, what the hell can you do. What the hell are you supposed to do. I have two copies of Bad Maniacs for some reason, one with more echo than the other, and the more echoey version came up. Didn't do badly. Finally a good run with the end of ganymede, not that it's tough with any random but some aren't as good as others. Transitioning to Heaven's Gate is a nice touch. I like that song. A song I'm not too fond of, though, despite the scratchiness, is splashcode-06 there. There's a phrase in the middle which is all left handed and features syncopated eighth note scratching with 3 and 4 note chords. What the fucking fuck is that about. Oh, and it's the same composer as that horseshit 十十日月 song. How fitting.

Phew. Now that was a run. Good times.
