All songs are Double play charts, using Random key modifier, and have a rating of at least 12. Songs in the courses are selected at random. For most songs which have multiple 12 ratings, I modify it so that the highest type of chart (Black or Another) is the only 12; that way I play the hardest version of the song and ensure I don't play it twice in the same course.

Courses are played with the 100% Gauge. Yes, this is glorified practice.

Scores are given as: EX; J Great, Great, Good, Bad, Poor, Max Combo, Letter Rating

Ugly. For Rain World I usually get taken to a C even though there's only a few bars that are really bad. Not good to open with it. Kurokami is another one that has a lot of jacks and just generally annoys me. Not too good of a finish with battle train but I think I brought it from 49% to 52% with it. Boo.

I just looked up the first song to get the kanji name down, and the first YT result I get is a song nothing like this and I wish that it was. This song has a lot of brass-like sounds except it's like something out of a bad 16 bit RPG. Touhou songs, man. Addiction is a long song and features two phrases where all fourteen keys are pounded in alteration. Usually there's always one key that doesn't want to go with the rest even though I'm inverting my hands and slapping the shit. The biggest part that kills about Azure Remix are these measure of jacks which are quicker-than-eighth note doublets for two measures while you're scaling on the other hand. They're 3 note chords that never have a good random. Rarin is yet another song which is all about how Japanese it sounds. Busy course but struggling still.

b4u bemani for you mix, vox up, たまゆら, 灼熱Beach Side Bunny, icarus

Had a pretty good roll with B4U and it went immediately into vox up, which also didn't go too badly, so despite initial temptation I let it play through tamayura and did a bit better than just a bit ago. Good thing I stuck around - I need to play beach side a lot more before I get that shit down. I may like Red FMJ more and it may have more switch scratching, but it has no syncopation like this does. I may have passed Red FMJ but I'm pretty far away on beach side. Nothing special with icarus.

All right, I give up. I guess I really do play the same 10 songs over and over again. Winter Gals took the "Somebody SCREAM" loop to a whole new level. Bizarre song. Didn't do so good at SSS. Chase is a neato song, very drum & bass. Rizing You Up provided the lift yet again.

session 9 chronicles, dominion, 冥, quantum teleportation, erasemotor phantom

Session 9 has a lot of stupid jacks (which get murdered by random) before it turns into yet another Yoshitaka song, and usually I do better on that second half. Did pretty good with dominion. First time mei has come up here and I'm quite surprised, overall, to have come through that and quantum with a B intact. Phantom felt better.

Time to end this.

It's like, after Blind Justice and Panta Rheii, they told Tomosuke that he had to make everything a notegasm fest afterwards. Song's OK enough sure but yeah, it's pretty constant with the scaling and the notes and such. Extinction and Reproduction has both a 12* and a tougher 13* chart, and I swear that the 12* came up so often I just marked it as a 11* so that I didn't have to hear it so much. The 13* still comes up often enough and it's a whore. Of course 3y3s comes up after Kaiden Aura, which makes the first phrase of the last song all off timed because of Aura's ending. Of course.

I think overall I played more difficult charts today than days prior.
