All songs are Double play charts, using Random key modifier, and have a rating of at least 12. Songs in the courses are selected at random. For most songs which have multiple 12 ratings, I modify it so that the highest type of chart (Black or Another) is the only 12; that way I play the hardest version of the song and ensure I don't play it twice in the same course.

Courses are played with the 100% Gauge. Yes, this is glorified practice.

Scores are given as: EX; J Great, Great, Good, Bad, Poor, Max Combo, Letter Rating

I feel more listless now than I did yesterday. Bracing for a total shitty day.

Battle Train was poor. Pulled myself up for Diver and Smile. Rainy Beuaty is marked as a 13* and features a lot of staccato chord melody while a countermelody scale plays on the other hand. I feel fortunate to have done this well, sloppiness notwithstanding.

Wugh. Kakumei started ok and I had a good roll for 57S on for the right scratch chords, but it fizzled out. Organismandala is a neat song but play wasn't too great. Nu Known is some chiptune song that is pretty terrible but most of it is easy on-beat melody and percussion so it isn't too bad to play. 06 is bullshit click house which I just couldn't read. Thought I'd get back to a B with lunatic rave but no. Better eponymous theme song for the program than IIDX is at least.

Well, four out of five songs is not so bad. Thank you Fake Time for the very meaty combo. Lower World went fine. Kousoku was nothing special but I think I'm getting most of the jist of the melody breakdown at the end. Juju song is still fucking retarded. LOL WACKY JAPPY fuck you. Spica gave me nice S1 chords. I love the low miss count here.

Not so bad with the first part of last phrase with lapis, in that I got all the holds down while playing. Left hand reprise was all fucked. I think I got the same roll with spica as the last course. Yay, first time for golden cross to show up. I think it's an 11* on the latest AC version but I don't want to downgrade it quite yet. Better play with pentagram. Do it! is B14 only now - I had the fortune of both the A and B to come in the same course one time. Not going to let that happen again. Feeling a bit more energized now.

Some time recently before logging I managed to get through Logic Board with an A, which means that I'm going to be more pissed than normal with playing the song each time I don't get an A from the song forever after. 64% B this time. Still, I feel like I can play that much more cleanly than months ago. Mei was nothing typical except for the sucking part. Interesting transition from that song to the BLSMCS, because that song starts at a low ~60 BPM as well. Song still sucks. Y&Co doesn't suck and I did ok with it. Getting tired of smile.

Well, that's five. Not so bad once warmed up. Last call.

Jesus. This course took a while to load so I knew I was in for something interesting. Run Away is an interesting and long song - I'm not quite sure about it being a 12* because it doesn't have much in the way of tough scales or chords. The first half of Quark is definitely the opposite of the whole chart of Run Away, and after the heavy scratch interlude it wusses out. I needed the break regardless. The highest EX score I've recorded for a course is 12872 so I got close but not quite over my record. I can live with that.

I expected today to be worse.

In a few hours I shall be embarking upon a week vacation. If a new log doesn't show up in eight or nine days, I might have died in a fiery plane crash or the like. Nice knowing you all if that comes to pass.

ps: post delayed because I accidentally discovered Extra Mode in the game. Two words: holy shit.
