Had a terrible time initially timing Going On. It had a lot of steady eighth note jack streams which I kept searching for the right beat and wasn't finding it. I think maybe the reason Kousoku shows up so much is because I have the file in two separate locations. Any redemption from Majesty was erased with Almagest. Bleah.

So if I want to adjust the Judge Rank on songs, I have to do it in the BMS files itself and I cannot do it in the program. Why isn't there a global setting?
