IRS P1436, page 186. Test Scenario 14. You send in a Form 9465 to set up an Installment Agreement Request, which is what you use in certain cases when you can't pay your full tax liability by the due date. The Scenario states the guy is filing for two different years - "2010 and 2011". Only problem is, the data field where this information goes is of the XML data type "gYear", which is a single, four digit field. You can't submit multiple forms within one submission (you send each master form separately), and I don't think these tests want you to make multiple submissions per Test subject. So, what the hell.

I feel drained, and I think it shows here. I think I got really stressed over that stretch between Blame and Wanna Tell that Word, but I'm glad to have kept pushing, because the best increases came immediately afterward. Traces did feel considerably better compared to what I remember as playing it last time. Honestly, not the worst day I've had.
