Yeah, I can't make any good assessment at all of how I'm playing right now other than "mildly shitty but not enough that I want to kill myself". Maybe only maim some appendages or cut a few arteries bad. Had some OK long note strings with Full Accel, better than last time I think, but that's still too recent for my tastes. Very sloppy with State of the Art. Canon is still a creampuff. Glad to not dip to a C in any part of Dripping Blood.

After some hemming and hawing, I decided to see what would happen if I were to delve into some of the fan made songs with Extra Mode. I didn't quite imagine the BOF11 songs played so far to be such a nightmare but I guess I should have expected it. I think the main reason why I hesitated on it is because I knew that if I went in deep enough, it would take me a long time to find the names of the Japanese titled songs if I were to play them, and then there are songs in other languages (or at least Korean) which doesn't even show up properly on the character set, so I have no way of getting the title for them at all. Plus, there are a few songs, particularly in the older sets, which have to have been jokes of some sort, either for note count, chart spread, or the general sound of it. I guess it doesn't matter if I merely pick and choose which of the songs I play, as long as I keep moving from one to the next. More mileage out of some of the songs is better than nothing.

I'll see how tomorrow treats me before I decide to continue on with this or resume the normal IIDX song roster. More than likely this is something I'll only do on rare occasions.
