Kailua might be much more sedate without Extra Mode but Random doesn't help it in most any case that I can imagine, at least for the last part where you hold two notes on a hand while an intermittent note is played with another digit of the same hand. Usually Random puts that extra note between the two holds, and if it isn't 1 and 7 (which it never is), what are you going to do? Other than not hit it. Marine Snow came in perfectly off of the end of it, so that much was nice. It's still not been long enough since I last played the Jewjew song, but at least now it seems like I was able to handle it much more cleanly than before. Messed up the long spins on Almagest and really didn't play it as well as I should have, considering I just got through the EX of that moderately well last. VIP went OK and if it wasn't for the bad scratch chord I might have pulled this back into a B. Close but not enough.

I guess it's a good thing I've played in this order, otherwise I'd be skipping Kailua today.

Couldn't ask for much better than this. Worst dip was within 200 EX off, and it was on a nasty 12, so there's nothing to complain about for being that much off. I guess having some plays down on Lincle will help me feel not so worthless when I go through it on this run - at least, that's how today's plays of its songs felt.
