There were many days where I wondered what it would be like to have a cat of my own. Then, I have days like today, where the cat wants nothing more to do than to be held against my chest and rest for a forty minute stretch. I don't care how damned cute you are, holding ten pounds of fur right under your nose for the better half of an hour is nothing short of uncomfortable.
Now that my arm has regained consciousness, I can start this.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have passed up Starmine a few days ago when I was in 4th Style for EX. That'll learn me. Most of the Random rolls through this gave me a lot of 23 chords on the left, so that being considered I think I did rather well. Had a good run with the opening phrase of Quasar to the point where I think it is honestly making sense to me, and that I was just under a B at the end of it where I was back to that rank within a few measures of Beginning Of Life. Quasar was also the most difficult chart in this set, and if I played it without Random I could probably get down to about 600 misses or so at least, depending on how I'd handle that chart.
Nemesis is coming up in 6th Style EX. I cannot wait.
Nothing short of incredible. I was definitely bugged by not passing Something Wonderful when playing this, despite... well, actually, because it didn't have an increase in EX mode, so I'm glad that I finally managed to clear it now. Otherwise, a day when I have eight new score entries is rather rare, and probably has to go back to the time when I was increasing everything over old records in Sirius because it was against stricter timing. I'm pretty sure I've said it before, but days like today are what keeps me playing.Code:ex pgr gr go b p p/f nc onc %+ date m02 step ver101 @ 1782 0667 0448 0070 0022 0104 F 1246 1159 007.50 2012-03-02T01:46:59:018Z AA -156 0006+ 0019+ 0032- 0004+ 0013+ 0010- 2012-01-19T00:35:24:582Z nemesis @ 1523 0522 0479 0254 0129 0416 F 1608 1367 017.62 2012-03-02T01:50:40:734Z B -263 0150+ 0084+ 0018- 0002- 0015- 0005+ 2011-10-22T00:53:02:683Z romeo & juliet @ 1856 2012-03-02T01:54:26:832Z AA -119 0016- rottel da sun @ 1234 2012-03-02T01:56:40:215Z A -48 0130- something wonderful @ 1365 0497 0371 0078 0012 0035 P 0979 0979 0 2012-03-02T02:00:05:434Z AA -157 0044+ 0030+ 0004+ 0014- 0003+ 0008- 2011-10-16T01:50:36:506Z summer vacation @ 1909 2012-03-02T02:04:31:048Z A -276 0037- y31 @ 2024 2012-03-02T02:07:12:865Z AA -282 0002- こっちを向いてよ @ 1707 2012-03-02T02:10:31:467Z A -6 0040- A @R 2049 2012-03-02T02:19:17:935Z AA -240 0021- bad routine @ 1912 2012-03-02T02:22:14:566Z AA -90 0019- bring her down @ 1671 0622 0427 0127 0029 0211 F 1306 1010 029.30 2012-03-02T02:25:27:377Z A -70 0009+ 0010+ 0011- 0001- 0019- 0002+ 2011-12-08T02:16:21:866Z burning heat @ 1287 2012-03-02T02:29:36:047Z AA -136 0047- cheer train @ 1771 2012-03-02T02:32:10:221Z A -78 0011- entrance @ 1907 0748 0411 0054 0022 0072 F 1275 0778 063.88 2012-03-02T02:34:46:539Z AA -76 0016+ 0026+ 0036- 0003- 0007+ 0007+ 2012-01-20T02:17:10:931Z general relativity @ 1869 0714 0441 0070 0030 0149 F 1318 0940 040.21 2012-03-02T02:38:04:651Z AA -181 0092+ 0037+ 0018+ 0025- 0002- 0040- 2012-01-20T02:13:21:618Z gravity @ 2087 2012-03-02T02:41:42:138Z A -122 0023- last message @ 1843 0684 0475 0087 0033 0121 F 1337 1111 020.34 2012-03-02T02:44:22:781Z AA -236 0010+ 0008+ 0006- 0003+ 0005+ 0003- 2011-10-18T01:49:21:887Z somebody like you @ 1405 2012-03-02T02:47:23:302Z AA -122 0004- spica @ 1911 0690 0531 0165 0063 0262 F 1573 1203 030.75 2012-03-02T02:50:05:201Z A -186 0088+ 0034+ 0020+ 0006- 0001- 0049- 2012-01-19T01:12:11:192Z spooky @ 1903 2012-03-02T02:54:03:787Z AA -197 0032- stoic @ 1949 2012-03-02T02:56:50:144Z A -279 0096- tomorrow perfume @ 1893 2012-03-02T02:59:34:933Z A -136 0073- traces @ 2019 0778 0463 0092 0038 0159 F 1458 1071 036.13 2012-03-02T03:02:17:650Z AA -249 0059+ 0042+ 0025- 0020- 0010- 0015+ 2012-01-19T00:57:19:557Z
I did have some coffee earlier today - but only one glass, which is less than my usual dose for a work day. I wonder if I've found the delicate line between "energized" and "spastic" with caffiene intake today.
