Mondays are painfully boring at the store, as I expected it would be. At least it's as such for the morning hours. They have a new rule in place where they want the vestibule doors latched shut every time we finish putting more carts in.

IIDX course, and a pretty good one overall. Does the miss count seem a bit low to you, at least for some of the charts like Himikobe and Tino? The answer is because I forgot to put Random on this time! Woops. I would have had much less success overall if I had remembered it, though, and after everything I've been playing in Extra Mode, it was quite a relief to play these charts with these layouts. Himiko even seemed "fun" somehow, for Chrissakes. I don't think I had an A through Spica, which I honestly should have with it being the normal spread. I should have also done better with Black Knight, as the hold note phrases are on the edges and aren't really too much of a curveball in considering the notes otherwise given. Concertino felt great and I was able to keep combos alive much more consistently than usual. Finished that at 55% C so when Sense 07 came up I pretty much knew I had B rank in the bag.

Still not done with BOF 2010 in Extra Mode.

Despite the warm up session feeling good as it did earlier, it is tough to slog along through these songs and get so thoroughly destroyed by one after the next. It's also discouraging to have times where it feels like just pounding the keys in rhythm without paying any attention to the actual note chart seems just as effective as trying to correctly read and play what is given.
