Two co workers called off today. I am 0% surprised by this. They chose as good of a day as any to do it, though, since the customer volume was indeed significantly reduced. I need to pick up on Form 720 work soon - I didn't have much of any chance to continue it at all yesterday. I'm surprised that I'm so thrown off in my free time just for spending an evening dinner with family. I didn't even stay that long. In other work news, I need to write this here: I must remember to apply duct tape to the hole in my glove's left thumb. The packing tape slid off. Use the duct tape. Glove. Do it.

Now that LB features Regul speed, I can play the BPM gimmick bullshit charts. I also have a few odds and ends to get marks on which I missed before due to chart loading complications or otherwise.

Can someone please tell me what the hell happened with my play of Moon Child here? I started it, and it was super loud, so I adjusted volume and reloaded the chart - then that happened. Both times I thought I started off strongly enough, and I know the chart is very dense and rough, but that's just terrible there. Now that V won't wreck my ears I should see about clearing it officially on here, too. I do like that LB has the audio visualizer, but as it stands, it's more of a distraction since it only displays on one of the screens in DP mode as opposed to all of them. It also seems to affect the frame rate. Something I'll have to remember years from now if I decide to get a better machine just for this.
