I can't say I'm used to 7AM starts, but at least the extra time does give me the opportunity to fix up some things which I normally wouldn't bother with on a usual 8A or 9A start. Meanwhile, the cart machine shown all charge lights at Green when I started to use it later today - this indicates to me that the battery might be becoming depleted as it was doing last time and it will eventually (over the course of a few weeks) get to the point where the machine is unusable. Again. I have downloaded a new podcast from gameological.com, which is the new offshoot video game site which is borne of the former video game department of the Onion's AV Club. I'm curious to see how they handle things. One week until another visit by my wife's friend and her delightful son.

Biggest surprise of the day comes with Gentle Stress, giving much more trouble now than ever before, and basically right from the start. However, it does so by picking up on basically all of the percussion throughout the song and turns the chart into feeling more like his other songs like The Cube. I was not expecting to pass Gymnopedie the first time at least, and from the way the chart looks I'm not sure if I'll manage to squeeze it until the universal timing fix which is supposedly coming. Endless Summer Story was more busy as well but I did manage it. First Day had some surprising chords and I almost lost it.
