A few days ago, what looked to just be slightly raw or discolored skin on the side opposite of my palms developed into full rashes which bore visible red soreness. At first, I supposed that the culprit was the duct tape wrapped around the gloves which, when combined with the heat, reacted somehow with the glove material and my skin to cause the issue. It didn't come about in the winter time. However, to prepare for working with wet carts today, I put on a pair of dishwashing gloves underneath (as I have done several times before) in order to prevent the water from soaking my hands and making them cold and numb. The gloves don't keep the hands dryer but it does help to keep the temperature of the hand closer to that of the blood. Lo and behold, the rashes have reappeared. I guess the higher quality glove - which was the only choice I had at the time when I purchased them - can't be made of the same material or otherwise formed to not cause a reaction on my skin. Now I know.

There are a few songs with Korean titles in my folders here, but I won't be able to play them without having a reliable way to identify the songs, as the font used to display the titles in the program renders it as Unicode gibberish. Many of the charts which I played today had very low ratings and notecounts, which explains the dramatic note count increase percentages. Some of the songs were tolerably OK, but playing Majesty in the midst of them merely highlighted how amateur these songs generally are.
