I have to take my wife to a court proceeding early tomorrow morning, so for the first time in my 18 months of service to the retail store, I have called a day of work off. They have seven people scheduled otherwise, and it is a Friday, so I don't feel particularly bad about doing it. I shouldn't have so much of a second thought about it, if I were to compare that ratio to how frequently others have called off and are still in good standing with employment. All that matters to me is that I don't have a frivolous reason for doing so, which I don't.

I don't have a ES draft ready for today. Time is at a premium yet again, and I've been working still on the freeform Form 1120 documents. I need to get that wrapped up soon so that I can get to work on the 2290 series sooner than later.

Very nice session today. Opening with Trigger of Innocence made me groan, but coming out of it within 100 EX off told me that I seemed to be playing well enough right from the start, and the majority of plays today substantiate that. After getting 3y3s, I saw the 191BPM counter when the song loaded and muttered "aw, not Waxing" to myself, and sure it enough there it was. Once again, -187 is hardly great but the chart is a mess no matter what it is and in light of the typical -300/-400+ I've had some of the last few days, I'll take that with as my positivity as can be justified. Surprised by the substantial increases for Claiohm and Airman Stage.
