Immediately after waking up, I received a call from my wife to notify me that among the extensive schedule changes which had occurred throughout the week while she was just presently on vacation, is that my 8AM start for today was silently adjusted to be at 7AM. I received the call at 725AM. Thankfully, I live close enough that I just had to clothe and leave immediately and make it there to punch by 740AM. Also thankfully, after I had done so, I didn't have to explain my situation or apologize to anyone about it. I simply jumped in to work and didn't stop from there.

What I need to do soon is to make a separate blog site for this so that I have an external location for the entries and tie it into the ES main site. I've wanted to do this for a while and continue to get sidetracked over it. The hard part is actually doing the writing as opposed to just finding a virtual space to throw it all into, right? That's what I would think.

Ah, but this isn't The Usual at all!

What has apparently happened is that the database somehow got a primary key entry confused so now all of the records of the pass/fail status of the songs are not recognized in the game anymore. But the scores are still there, lingering in the back. The combo records are not. So essentially what this means is that I will have to replay all of the songs once more again, so that I have the charts which I fail marked properly so that I can focus on playing those again as I have done just now. This is going to be just great. At least the EX score is still somehow present so I won't have to dig through the text file every time I play a song to verify if it's a score increase or not. Regardless, as it stands, I'm definitely as thankful as I possibly can be that I have kept my own records, or else I'd fundamentally be back at Square One with this. I think I'd be ready to punch babies if that had happened.

Meanwhile, with the course of the day wearing me down, this is all I had tolerance to play before I had developed an acute headache and had enough. My warmup before it put no confidence in me playing well, and it bore out here. Oh well.
