Well, it is out of the frying pan and into the tub of shit with me and distractions. Forgive me for making this sound like a total self-abuse cocksucking fest, but I really honestly do need to use adblock filters on everything that isn't specific forms which I visit or other non-bullshit sites. If I'm not pissing every hour of the night away on D3 I'm doing it on other bullshit, like even Omegle compels me to continue to refresh for just one more question and find someone else to speak with. I've encountered and had a great conversation with a guy from Portugal yesterday, and somewhere in middle Europe today (I'm assuming Poland but it wasn't specified). After a while, both come away speaking with me impressed that my being American is totally contrary to what they expect. It's good to engage with people who are willing to have level discussion about important global things like economies and war and such. I prefer carrying on these discussions at least.

I've also been neglectful of my exercise still, as yesterday I only did about 60% of a normal session. Today, I planned on doing the treadmill with the Sunday night NPR programming (at least Joe Frank), but to do that, I have to put off writing something for the bullshit ES blog because I don't have enough time to get something meaningful for that before 11PM hits (28 minutes from now).

Perhaps I just need to repeatedly bitch about it for a good two weeks before I finally get my head out of my ass over all of this. I make progress in one thing and regress in another.
