Public Law 112-141 is known as MAP-21 and is a generally large bill which covers numerous revisions about transportation funding and the like. One part about the tax code which continuously gets updated are provisions in the fuel excise tax and Transportation Trust Funds which extend deadlines and periods of applicability. The problem that I've had with this is that each incremental update for these dates were always a mere few months with each new bill passed, and in one case which I've updated today, a literal adjustment of only seven days. With this PL though, they have finally put the latest revised dates far into 2016 and 2017, so hopefully now I don't have to continuously make these minor changes for every other bill which actually affects 26 USC but in this extremely minor way.

Now I'm moving into §40211 of the PL, which is regarding pension funding stabalization, which looks to add an appreciable amount of content to IRC §430. This looks like it will take a while.

Clearly, all I need is to not have a stressful day and enough sleep through the night. Almost had a clear of Make Me Your Own, ended at like 74% I believe. Not happy to have failed the Seven Mirrors whatever-the-fuck song while getting the increase. Not very fortunate to have ended the day with a Ryu slobber chart, either. Good day overall regardless.
