Rain sounds so much sweeter now that the new gutters are in place. I dare say the entire system of drainage we have is improved by it, to the point that the sump pump didn't activate as frequently. I am slightly confused by this, because if anything I would have expected more water to flow into the hole in light of more water being fed in from the gutters now that they are not junk. Ah, there it goes right now. Still, it's very exciting to not have a waterfall spill over from the roof of the house and cascade in front of the main kitchen window.

Dropped the parents off at the airport without incident, as expected and hoped. The surprise was that my mother wanted to take her Camaro for the ride rather than my Blazer, which meant that I had the privilege of taking it home. This car was purchased brand new... I want to say two years ago, no more than three, and has sixty thousand miles on it already. Now that she has quit her job though, that figure should increase at a much slower pace. The ride was very nice and the car handled wonderfully.

The new 2012 Form 1040 series isn't available as finalized from the IRs site yet. I can't say I recall any pending legislation which would cause a delay, as compared to previous years. I hope I don't have to use more Draft forms to get the work done.

Currently, according to diabloprogress.com, my main Wizard is #110 worldwide for highest critical hit chance. I know that I have finally assembled a useful set, but I didn't quite expect to have that high of a ranking. The wonders of the present day and its ability to aggregate massive amounts of data will only become more frightful in the future.

Songs were pretty good today. I stuck with playing Lucy despite having another play of it recently just to have it over and done with and get a trash score under the belt - done and done there. The only other really bad dip was with Colorful Cookie, a chart which always gave me fits when used with Random back when I played PS2 Empress.
