With the month almost done, the time was fast upon me to have my car sticker renewed. Another vehicle mandate imposed by the state is for emissions tests to be conducted every few years. The notices for these emission test requirements used to be issued in the mail through paper statements, but my requirement to have a test done this year was printed only on the statement for the sticker renewal. So this means that yet again, the first time that I come to a DMV facility to get a sticker renewed, I have to leave and go do something else. After finding a location nearby to get the emissions test done, I had to stop at a gas station first as my car's fuel indication was right on the E line as I approached the DMV for the second time. I initially left the house with the fuel gauge somewhere between the E and quarter, or so I thought at least. Concluding with a trip to a nearby store to get some Kefir, a trip to go get a sticker turned into a 2.5 hour affair.

In Sketchup, I managed to do the proper repair to the house interior as I desired, so all that remains is some exterior decoration on a few things like the front entrance porch pillars and the like. After this is done, I should see about getting ready for the next batch of tax return work (2012 excise taxes), and I should balance doing that with sending out more job applications throughout this week. I've fallen off of that track for a bit, so I think I can stand to get back onto that horse.

Songs went pretty well today. "Only" one score increase came with the day, but that's still far better than how things were months ago. Getting Nageki, Kirby Dirge, and Cookie Bouquets in a row got me really heated up and worn out. What a drain.
