I like your avatar better than Shidoshi OR Rated E. It looks like a NeoGeoPocket game.

I have come for the same reason Rated E did - to say that your avatar shows that you are a man of refined tastes!

I finally decided to talk about Dragon Age: Origins

by PepsimanVsJoe on 10 Jun 2012 at 11:27 PM
I won't bore you guys with my opinion of Bioware today. Instead I'll bore you with my opinion of Bioware's last good game, Dragon Age: Origins.
It's been awhile since I've played this game and I've already forgotten a lot about it. Forgive me if I miss some of the finer details.

You are a dwarven/elven/human man or a woman who up until now had a noble/peasant/awesome/lame upbringing. Well that all changed when some clown tricked you into becoming a Grey Warden. After a wild

Dragon's Logma - Final(?) Volume

by PepsimanVsJoe on 05 Jun 2012 at 08:37 PM
As much as I enjoy this game it's time I moved on. I'll likely head back to it when some significant DLC hits but until then I've got other games I need to play and write about.
So for the time being this will be the last update.

Before I go any further though. Has this E3 sucked or what? Yeah totally unrelated but man it's depressing. Some of the products being announced sound completely ridiculous like Microsoft's SmartGlass garbage and Sony's hopelessly useless Wonderbook.

Dragon's Logma - Volume 7

by PepsimanVsJoe on 29 May 2012 at 08:19 PM
(WARNING! HUGE SPOILERS THIS UPDATE)

First off I've just beaten this game. Final time was about 57 hours and I know I skipped out on a bunch of quests. There's a New Game+ so I've already started on that but it'll be awhile before I can write the review. Doing the math I spent close to ten hours a day playing this game. Seriously, isn't that crazy? I can't remember if I've ever done that with a game before(or maybe I've just pushed it out of my memory). In short I really enjoyed the

Dragon's Logma - Volume 6

by PepsimanVsJoe on 28 May 2012 at 02:22 PM

The cockatrice is a serious pain. This is mainly because they specialize in petrification-breath. It's pretty easy to tell when they're about to blow because they swell up like the basilisks in Dark Souls. The pawns are usually good about getting out of the way but when they're not I end up lacking some help. Pawns have the ability to learn. Yes the main pawn can gain experience and improve their skills but this knowledge goes beyond that. The terrain,

Dragon's Logma - Volume 5

by PepsimanVsJoe on 26 May 2012 at 02:00 PM

Warriors have high power but mostly they're good for incapacitating enemies. Sending this clown into the air makes him good target practice for the archers and mages I'm teamed up with. The heavier attacks that ignore defense are always a plus as well.

Sorcerers with maxed-out skill-levels are very dangerous. This ice spell takes a very long time to charge but it wrecks Drakes. Unfortunately
