TS2 is clearly best on Cube, the PS2 version can't compete with the Cube and Xbox versions, and the Xbox version can't match the texture quality in places and framerate in multiplayer/some areas in single player of the Cube version, and in places the colors do look washed out on Xbox (not to the degree of the PS2 version though). The Xbox version has better audio options, but I'll take better framerate and textures and color over slightly better audio.
Tony 4 is best on Cube, you can play with a Wavebird. Who cares about the custom soundtrack feature, first of all I don't understand why people care at all and don't just listen to their stereo when they play games. Second, Tony has like 40 music tracks so if any game was made for you to listen to it's music it's Tony 4. Also, who the hell cares about online play in a Tony game, the only multiplayer fun I've ever had with a Tony game is sitting with a friend taking turns doing 2 minute runs.
Earthworm Jim on Genesis slaughters the SNES version, Aladdin on Genesis slaughters the SNES version, Street Fighter 2 plays better on Genesis (more arcade accurate gameplay) plus the Genny 6 button pad kills the SNES pad for Street Fighter. SNES' processor was so slow that games just didn't play as well on it as on Genesis. Go back and play them side by side if you're looking at it through rose colored glasses and disagree. SNES was prettier and sounded much better but that system chugged like crazy, Genesis was something like 5 times faster. And it came out 2 years earlier than SNES too, Nintendo really skimped when it came to the SNES processor. And I think it's pretty obvious that the Genny versions of Castlevania and Contra were superior in gameplay, and in fact made the SNES versions look like gussied up whores. Long live Genesis.
so Master,
we sorta got off the topic of your original post, eh?
Funny how it trailed back to testimonial about witch EWJ was better, along with other long since beaten horses
Gaming is indeed entering another golden age...
Not since the Genesis/SNES rivalry have we had to debate the merits of damn near identical games
How's Robotech: Battlecry? I'm guessing graphics-wise the PS2 will be behind the GC and Xbox version. I'm wondering how well the GC version controls...
So far the Cube versions of NBA Street and Freakstyle are the best with improved graphics and all.
From what I saw on IGN regarding X-men Next Dimension the Cube version is the version to get despite the X-Box version's extra character 'Pyro'.
Cube version has slightly better graphics(smoother than the PS2 yet not blurry), Time attack which isn't on the PS2 version not sure of the X-Box one and that's pretty much it on that game.
I find that har to believe. Tony 3 sucked on the cube because it suffered from massive slowdown that wasn't present on the Xbox rev. I think I'll wait for a second opinion (no offense). Is the slowdown still a problem? If I am not playing online, what version of THPS4 is the best?Quote:

Nothing specific, but if it was on PC first, and then ported to a console...the PC version is always better. :p
Amen to that.Quote:
