This Weeks Haul

As another week comes to a close let's see how everyone did. Personally I spent an assload this week... so let me start off the long list:
Xbox Sega Bundle - as you all know, I finally broke down this week.
Xbox AV Pack - Can't live without S-Video
Xbox Type S Pad - gotta have 2 controllers
House of the Dead III - Damned fun game... a little short, but a great ride. And it plays really well with a controller.
Gun Valkyrie - I'm still not getting into it, but I'll give it a bit more of a chance.
Dead or Alive 3 - I think this is a required Xbox game to own. ;)
Pocky & Rocky w/ Becky GBA - Not nearly as good as the SNES games... but still fun.
Flashback Sega CD - Now I own both this and Out of This World 1&2 for Sega CD... it's the complete Delphine set. :D
Bubble Bobble 2 GB - Brand Freaking new. One of those completely random things, I wander in to TRU and it's sitting on top of the clearance GB games... I have no idea where the heck that came from.
Game Gear System - Also brand new... we found it doing inventory this week. :)
Baku Baku GG - Classic Puzzle action portable... Puyo Puyo and Tetris attack are still better... but this is still greatness.
Monty Python Live 2 Disc DVD Set - It's Monty Python!!!!!!!!!
Life of Python 2 Disc DVD Set - It's even more Monty Python!!!!!!!!!!
Spiderman Uber Collectors Gift Set DVD - I'm a sucker for LE's.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarves DVD - What can I say... I like Disney movies allright... and this was a damned find DVD.
Malcolm in the Middle Season 1 DVD - Best sitcom on TV today... bar none.
Eight Legged Freaks DVD - I thought this movie was hilarious when I saw it in the theaters

As you can see, I am now officially one broke SOB.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - Destined to sit in the packaging for at least a month or two. I just couldn't pass up the 3 for 2 offer at Amazon. :D

Spiderman DVD
I'm not a huge fan of extras (once in a while I'll glance at them), so I can't tell you how those are. One look at my HT setup, however, will reveal that I am definitely a HT enthusiast. Everyone already knows the movie is great, and thankfully it made a great jump to DVD. The video is flawless, and the sound packs a ton of punch. I forgot about the one flashback to the experiment that Norman Osborn has when his son wakes him up, and I nearly lept 5 feet into the air. Quality...pick it up.

Unwatched.

Princess Nine #6 DVD
I just got this in the mail today and I have a feeling I won't be able to wait until Sunday to watch it. This is the last volume to this extremely well done series (and $14.99 too!). I'm hoping for a grand finish at Koshien. :D

Congrats on the XBox, bbobb. I still don't know why you were so resistant before. It has some really cool games. You should probably pick up Halo :P and PGR while you're at it.

No interest in Halo... I don't need another FPS... I will be getting PGR soon though... as for Tales, for some reason the distro's still haven't gotten them in yet. :( We're supposed to have them next week though.

Lots of stuff this week, plus some nice TRU deals :)

Platnium GameCube, Well my copy of Mario SunShine needed a home and I figured it was about time he got one ;)

251 memory card - NGC, the device that let's me save all of Mario's shines :)

Resident Evil - NGC, just because and I needed a game that was $29.99 to get the rebate, not to mention I want to see how nice it looks over the original PSX version.

The Mark of Kri - PS2, a violent platformer with Disney style characters... I had heard some good thing about it and I finally wanted to check it out.

Sly Cooper - PS2, Sly's pretty cool... not wolf cool but still got to love that little furry Racoon dude :)

Wild Arms 3 - PS2, not too many RPG's set with western themed styles... I liked the first one haven't played 2 yet but I figured I'd pick up number 3 since it was free with the above 2 games :)

Suikoden III - PS2, I really don't need to explain this since my love for Suikoden is well known, I haven't played it yet but soon I will once I find all those 108 stars in the previous Suikoden games :sweat:

Contra Shattered Solders - PS2, it's Contra do you really need a reason, lots of shooting and none stop action should justify this purchase ;)

Grandia Xtreme - PS2, I just had to since I love Grandia, even if it is not as good as the previous titles, but it was also free with Suikoden III and Contra so why not ;)

Final Fantasy 1&2 Premium Package - PSX, Being the Square nut I am there was no way I was letting this pass me up :D

Final Fantasy 1 - PSX, On my ever increasing and costly mission to obtain every Final Fantasy known to man this was also a game I needed to achive my goal.

Final Fantasy 2 - PSX, see above and it will become perfectly clear... crazy but clear :p

15 ink drawings by Kyoht, one very talented artist and does some mighty fine werewolf art if I do say so myself :D

I also found some Captain America comics in a 6 issue series called "Man and Wolf" which has lots of werewolves in it, Ok if I need to explain this apparently my user name isn't clue enough... I love werewolves! :D

For this week I got:

Freakstyle($20.00)- Great moto game, it takes the stuff from SSX Tricky but doesn't TOTALLY ape it. It's harder than Tricky but I'm still getting used to the control. Characters are more annoying but it stars the lovely Leeann Tweeden

Athough and it's not as colorful as Tricky it's a more 'X-TREME!' Exitebike 64 I'd say but just as fun.

SSX Tricky(PS2 version $29.99)- Had the GC version but I traded it in. PS2 version is better anyway, has all the missing DVD features the GC version had and slightly better graphics, although now adjusting to the PS2 pad to play the game takes a bit more getting used to. Another GREAT game, best snowboarder along with 1080.

Last week I got X-men Next Dimension on cube which is VERY sweet being a comic fan and Contra Shattered Soldier for both 49.99. Contra kicks mucho ass because it's both challenging and having beautiful graphics/designs. Quality stuff.

And sweet Jesus bbobb that's just too much.

Tekken 4 and Ridge Racer 4 the other day. It was "Namco 4" day for me!

Yeah, it's alot. :( But looking at Werewolf's list, I'd say he spent about as much as I did this week. :) I do have the fortunate benefit of getting all my stuff at cost, so that makes things a bit more reasonable... but only a bit.
