I'm hovering around the 400,000 range. I'll get a screenshot and verify my score tonight...
Do arcade scores count? I know I play much better at the arcades due to the vertical screen, joystick, large buttons, crowds gathering, and the fact that I have to pay. If so, then:
445,700 / 1-5 / Marion
Unfortunately, the scores are lost each day (WHY!?), so I won't be able to post a pic or anything.
524,600 / 1-5 / Marion
429,500 - Bern-D / Tavia 1-5
I have no idea what aphrodite's capture report has against
Tavia. I just can't learn the patterns as fast as I should
in order to use Valpiro properly, so I'll settle with
Tavia's speed and my ad-lib dodging.
479,600 - Bern-D / Valpiro 1-5
Valpiro's punch is so awesome.
Thanks to aphrodite's capture guide, I have the basic idea
on how to approach each stage, but I found that I need a
stricter path to follow. I hope it develops in these coming
weeks.
492,400 - Bern-D / Valpiro 1-6
No miss until the second form of the fifth boss. Happy to
destroy it at last, though!
My score is low because, as aphrodite's guide recommends, I
try to coin chain only on the first two stages. This way, I
could earn the extend before the first round's over. From
the third stage on, it's too difficult for me to split my
attention between the coins and the bullets. Survival's my
game.
547,500 - Bern-D / Valpiro 1-6
Finally died to the lower-left statue. How embarassing.
Mode, concerning the 1-4 boss in its second form. Assume
that I have destroyed its legs before it does its legless
winder attack. Will the boss always tilt to the left first?
And while we're at it, how do I dodge it?

Any tips on avoiding the first wave of shots from the 1-5 boss? I mean, if you dodge one bullet, do you essentially dodge them all? Blah. I have crap reflexes and I usually run out of bombs before then.
I think I'm going to work on that Coin Chain Chart... my highest was 15 but I got greedy and missed the verification shot. Eh...

bullet formation. The center bullet (2nd bullet of the 2nd
row) is the one that aims at your character. Start at the
center of the bottom edge of the screen. Decide ahead of
time whether you want to move left or right. Each time you
see the formation, tap only in your desired direction.
For the second pattern, wait until the ball of bullets
explodes and move one Valpiro's width over to the left.
The pattern just glides through you.
