Did you get her all nice and sweaty?
You're god damn right I did.
Tomorrow? FHUTA!
I started trying to do this earlier in the month, but to get off such an addiction, I have to take baby steps, less I get those god awful caffeine headaches that leave me pretty useless.Quote:

If you're still kinda new to lifting, sticking with the Pyramiding is probably the best bet for you, for now at any rate. The Max OT stuff should only be done if you've been lifting for a little while and really know yourself and your limits. But after you've been training for a while, think about giving Max OT a try. It's the real deal.Quote:

Nowadays training each bodypart once a week is considered the norm.Quote:

The same thing holds true with Pyramiding. People have been doing it forever, why change? Finally, that same friend convinced me to try the Max OT style, and it just makes so much sense to me now. Use more weight in the beginning when you're stronger, instead of tiring yourself out early on with sets that don't build as much. My strength has shot up so much it's funny.

What would we do without you Dole?
When I was working out, I was just doing the standard 3x 10reps working each of my muscles twice a week or so, but I guess this isn't the best. Once swim season is over and I have more free time, I'm going to start working out again. Once I plateo (sp :() I will give your shit a try.
I talked to my trainer that the gym gave me yesterday for the second time ever and he gave me a sheet with a breakdown on what to do what days to get really huge.Quote:

It's going to be so hard to change though.
Yeah, that shit is in your head. I quit cigarettes and cocaine cold turkey. I do not believe you're really trying.Quote:

You don't need the caffeine.
Opaque could you maybe scan those sheets? I'd be interested in seeing what's on the 4 plans.
I can get them to you soon yeah.
I left them in that girls car, but I'm getting it back soon.
