Then perhaps you don't know much about anatomy, Dyne. Like Napolm said, the second "bump" is my front deltoid, which pops out when you flex at that angle (provided it's developed, that is). Nothing unusual. See?

Here's my pansy-ass arm as of today, Monday, February 21st 2006. I went on Max OT today, starting with legs, as they suggested I do on Monday. No gym pump-up on this pic. My legs are on fire, I love it.

OH MY GOD. Thanks to my job screwing with my schedule and then just being distracted in general I haven't lifted in a couple months now. I just went down to my weight bench and tried to curl and bench a little since my arms have been feeling particularly weak as of late and I don't like the way that feels.
I could barely do three reps of what I was regularly doing two sets of ten of (actually about 10-30lbs less) and even that was below where I should be at, as far as I'm concerned. I'm not even going to say how much the weight because of how ashamed I am of what it was that I could barely do. I'm getting back into lifting and now, that made me straight up feel like shit.
I wouldn't worry too much. It's easier to re-build size/strength than it is to build it to begin with. You'll bounce back. It is frustrating, though.
BTW, figured I'd post a second pic from the same angle everyone else is posting...

I love that tripod shot. I admire men who take their arm pictures seriously.
I was shoveling dirt for my father today at the construction site... Ouch.
Any body know of any good lower back exercises other than squats? It has become very apparent to me that this is a muscle I have been neglecting.

This is now the gayest thread on TNL.
