Well, it's practically the holiday season, so the comercials should be rolling in now. Anyway, what game comercials have you seen lately?
I just saw the MGS2:Substance comercial, Jesus that was hilarious :lol: I won't say anything for those who haven't seen it, but be prepared to bust a gut when you do :)
The new Sub Rebellion ad is pretty funny. It's a bunch of guys in a sub screaming at the top of their lungs, untill some one comes in and ruins the fun.
I just saw a commercial for The Clone Wars, and it looked pretty damn cool.
Wow, there's a Sub Rebellion comercial? I should keep a lookout for that one.
The Defender commercial is fairly low key. It's like they're not even trying since it's so friggin dull. Shinobi on the other hand is a great one and the Metroid Prime/Mario party commercials are kind of cool and funny.
The commercial for Red Faction 2 is gold. Nothing sells a game like 15fps footage accompanied by the warblings of dried-out jizzjar Grace Slick. That kind of ad results in only one thing - FEVERISH ANTICIPATION!
Heh, I really liked that Red Faction 2 ad, it reminded me of GTA3's ad, which is always a good thing.
the one for mario party 4 where luigi's all pissed for coming in second and he beats everyones asses.
That shinobi ad was off the hook, fighting the henchmen/demons/whatever in the 7-11. :p Anyone see what the sword landed in? I swore it was an arcade cabinet of some kind... Wouldn't it be keen if it were a Shinobi arcade game. :lol:
Suprisingly I saw the Metroid Prime commercial in theaters when I went to see "Punch-Drunk Love" (This movie kicks all other movies asses) I had never seen a game commercial on the big screen and just thought it was rather cool. The commercial itself was cool. Im sure you have all seen it by now.
Lately I have seen the Shinobi one a few times. I really like it, even if it could show more gameplay.
I have also seen the Mario Party 4 advert more than a few times. It's a lame advert but I can't help but laugh every time Yoshi slams into the overpass on the highway! :lol:

You are 100% correct about that. My only complaint was that Sandler's part was sooooo written to be played by John C.Reilly. Ah well, can't win em all.Quote:

And every once in awhile the GTA: VC commercial will show up.
The Animal Crossing one cracked me up. Its so true.
This is old, but the Tekken 4 ad is like the best ad is like the best of year.

I don't think it's playing anymore, but the Yoshi's Island commercial was nuts.

Just saw the Metroid Fusion ad, it wasn't as good as the Prime ad, but then the Prime ad wasn't that great anyway :p

The Red Faction 2 commercial rocks, I really like it.
The Rachet and Clank commerical I saw was pretty funny, the one with the Morpha Ray.

I've seen the advert for NBA 2K3 about 500 times in the past two weeks. They show it constantly on every sports channel I have. *yawn*
