The topic is Things that wouldn't/didn't happen. The Truman take originally said "Dewey Defeats Truman" inaccurately. You're picture is the equivelent of a double negitive. So the image would imply that Gamecube did not outsell Xbox but the topic says such an event wouldn't happen.
