I feel it appropriate to laugh at ethugg, even though for the first time i agree with him 100%.

Seven Force was a cool guy with bad taste in women. You say that 88 was just egging him on, but an insult is an insult, and even if the fight club rules allow it, 88 was the one in the wrong. 88 really hurt Seven Force when he made fun of his wife, and naturally Seven Force retaliated. Just because he retaliated out of FC doesn't mean he deserves his punishment. If you cop a kick to the balls in kick boxing match, It'll still hurt like hell when you leave the ring.

88 is NOT the first person that talked shit about 7's wife, Nash was. 88 just ran with it. And if 7 didn't know how to hang in a fight, he should've posted something to the effect of "that's fucked up, now I'm ignoring this", and gone back to the Sound Off/Gaming discussion boards.

The thing with 7F is that I think he's a nice guy but, he takes this bullshit way too personal.

It's like hard to guess how he feels about people taking stabs at him but, I just think he needed to grow 'thicker' skin.

Seven is a grown man and can handle himself for the most part. The thing is he's just too bullheaded sometimes to think where he's going with what he's doing.

I missed about 95% of this whole mess to begin with seeing as Phantasy Star Online has kept me away from here *as it should be* so in retrospect I had to ask around to find out what the hell happened.

If 7F was asked to stop what he was doing and then proceeded to take his anger out of FC into the main forums then he reaped what he sowed.

As far as EThugg goes....I like the guy. I was told a lot of people hate his ass but I honestly don't see what the fuck the deal is. Anyone who posts with comments about reviewing Mary Kate & Ashley on GBA and saying he's 'Rugged' enough to do it, deserves a cool point.

personality is something I look for in reviews and If I can be informed and have a great laugh at the same time then I'm all for it.

No, arjue, it is not. This wasn't even a simple case of his making one thread in Sound Off, or even simply spamming FC. The person we are talking about is not a ten year-old kid either, but a grown man. Older than I am.

If he had made one thread outside FC, defending himself, or even just spammed the board MADE for the public release of his anger, I doubt we would be here. The man was too stubborn for his own good, and put each of the admins in a lose/lose situation, no matter which way they went. Let's not chuck shit at the one who did what he felt he had to in order to preserve HIS site.

Your friend flipped out, and by the time it was done, Matt decided to count how many SF threads cluttered the first two pages. I believe the number was 16, and some were a part of the spam session, others were not, but it was all very disruptive. 88 egged him on, yes, but only one was causing a blatant disruption to the boards, Fight Club and otherwise.

With FC, you can be almost as much of an asshole as you would ever want to be. Sometimes its even let slide on Sound Off, and is fixed with a simple thread moving... But when half of the Sound Off page is you just flipping out, it is a blatant disregard not for the person you are having problems with, but the people who spend WAY too much of their personal time keeping this place up for YOU. If you cannot abide by the horribly lax rules of FC, then you do not deserve to be here.

That said, I dont agree, either. I'm much more fond of Nicks approach, but I'm of the opinion Nick and I think more alike than Bahn and I ever will. All the same, I'm not going to argue the point with the guy who pulled the trigger either, as it is simply not my place.

Iny my humble opinion seven should've cooled out - by spamming after repeated warnings he pretty much had to know that he was going to be banned. Part of me thinks that he doesn't care. I wouldn't have minded him or his underage girly pictures if he just kept them relegated to one thread and loosened up a little bit.
