When is it coming out?
And any idea if this means a sequel? If it'll find a home on the Cube?
I recall hearing something about this series being exclusive to the Cube now. Does anyone remember Sega saying that? Lucas?
No, that's in-game. See the polys?Quote:

Um...you guys do know that's just an illustration right? The difference between that drawing and the in-game graphics should be pretty obvious.
I LOVED the DC Skies and I thought it was the best RPG to date. I like the original character colors though but their evil counterparts do look cool.
I am definitely buying this one again, and all in one disk!
I can't wait! :D I was gonna get it anyway, but all this new stuff...
Fucking hell... I need this. Can't resist second trip through Skies with so many additions.
Notes;
1) The random encounters were just fucking fine. Either play PAST that fucking wind tunnel before Ixa Taka or pack your system up, you whiney sacks of shit. :D
2) The similarities with OLD Final Fantasy were the gather-the-crystals game goal and airships. I can't really say there were many other than that.
3) Die, Treasure Planet. You're a rip-off of Skies, with some Titan A.E. thrown in.
I just hope they speed up the battles a bit more...please? Otherwise, I dunno if I'll get it right away, but all these cool improvements I'll be picking it up sooner or later.
i had a source tell me that the game would be cancelled on PS2, and that a sequal would be planned for GameCube. so far, he was right about the PS2 part, but it's still a rumor as far as i know. although i could see this happening. especially after reading in a GameSpot interview with the developer of the game saying that they'd like to continue the series.Quote:

Looks great all over again. Thanks Lucas.
The Cube is turning out to be one hell of a great system.
Disney had Treasure Planet in the works way before anyone knew anything about Skies.Quote:

That said, TP is probably still going to suck.
