Well, it's out. Saw it at EB and Kay Bee today. $40.
Did anyone get this? How's the emulation/porting? Any sound glitches?

Someone must have bought this...
Speak, damn you!
ummm i know ristar is included :) from what i read the emulation is spot on (slowdown included).
I picked it up, but haven't played it yet. When I do, I'll pass along my impressions.
Thanks AFX and Dyne.
I don't care to spend $40 on it if it introduces new glitches.
If Sega doesn't want to put Sonic CD on it then I don't want to buy it. Time to find a CDX when I have some extra $.
From what Ive read its a pale immitation of Sonic Jam. I guess the unlockable games include Flicky, Ristar, Sonic 2 with Knuckles, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and blue sphere the mini game when you hooked sonic 1 up to sonic and knuckles. Not the kind of hidden games I was alookin for, since 3 out of the 5 should have been included from the start. I guess they also omitted any kind of save like Sonic Jam had on everything but Sonic 3. Also, the Sonic 3d Blast is the genesis version (why not at least include the saturns version's music?). All signs are pointing to rush job, although if this is true, why didnt Sonic Team just port Sonic Jam?

No saves!?
I picked it up today, but I've been too busy with Shinobi to check it out. From what I hear the ports are pretty much perfect. No save function except for Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles though. :( Also it seems that you need a Sonic Adv 2 save to unlock Flicky. I need to go to work and put a save on my card now. Nobodies unlocked Ristar either, which is the reason I bought the collection... Must play Ristar in S-Video. Oh well, I'll probably pop this in soon... If I can pull myself away from Shinobi.
The fact that you have to earn Sonic 3 & Knuckles is lame beyond belief. Sonic 3 is an incomplete game without S&K and vice versa.
I'd skip it and just get the original versions =\ At least that way if you somehow felt compelled to play 3-D Blast you could get the Saturn version.
