At least in 1997 he wasn't dangling babies over 7 story high balconies.
He looked the best in 1984. Getting rid of his big nose was a plus on his part. However, every subsequent change has been to his detriment.
Read today that he dangled one of his kids over a balcony. The guy has completely lost it.
